Project Title 5099 Miramar Street and Athena Circle Improvements
RFQ Text UC San Diego will be selecting an Executive Engineer to provide design services for a new roadway connection linking Mesa Housing and Science Research Park, including necessary upgrades to immediate surrounding streets.  The project will include improvements to existing Miramar Street, Athena Circle and Regents Road / Miramar Street connection.  This project will also address utility infrastructure upgrades within the roadway to support the Long Range Development Plan (LRDP) projecting growth on campus through the year 2035.  

The project scope will include working with the UC San Diego, City of San Diego, UC San Diego Real Estate, and other agency representatives.  The primary objective of this project is to work cohesively with all agencies to facilitate an expedited design process and obtain project approval.  The project target completion is November 2017.

Final selection and appointment is contingent upon project approval.
