Project Title Facility Conditions Assessment and Gap Analysis
RFQ Text UC San Diego requests qualifications from firms for Facility Conditions Assessment and Gap Analysis services.
  
Under the direction of the offices of Design & Development Services and Capital Program Management, consultants will assist on an as-needed basis, with providing facility conditions assessments, user needs and requirements, gap analysis, and improvement priorities on specific buildings located primarily on UC San Diego campus and occasionally on off-campus UC San Diego properties. Prepared reports will assess the condition of the current facilities, measure the health of the building, and review the existing fire and life safety systems and accessibility.

Proposals are due electronically no later than 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 2, 2021.
